It is truly remarkable (and testament to the spirit of Yorkshire) that every time I use Skelf Frames, I feel like I am walking into a local shop. Their customer service is wonderful, offering prompt yet patient responses to my pedantic queries about aperture sizes and cardstock. Crucially, their frames are expertly made to the highest of standards, empowering the prints and photos within their four sides to sing upon the wall.

I was particularly impressed, delighted even, with my most recent purchase. I bought a custom frame a few years ago for a print, and in the years since have moved home with my partner, who had a different print in the same style. We wanted to tie them together visually, but sadly found that the particular thickness and finish I'd chosen years prior was no longer available. Sally-Anne from Skelf sent detailed photos and advice to help choose the closest equivalent, and matched all the other aspects of my original frame and mount. Now, they are side-by-side on the wall, and you would never know they weren't framed at the same time.

Businesses like Skelf are all too rare in this day and age, and it is to their credit that they have adapted to suit the digital age and meet the needs of customers across the UK. Their work features in rooms throughout my home, and I hope to continue using them to frame my artworks for many years to come.
