Quality frame and great service

High quality frame. Unfortunately the frame glass was broken during transit (despite thorough protective wrapping). Replacement frame sent immediately and arrived next day.

Real wood, real glass, beautifully made.

I ordered several frames from different suppliers, because I needed unusual sizes. This one was the best, beautifully made in real wood with real glass, not plexiglass. Little things made all the difference: like the grain matching at the mitred corners, and the corners fitting together really well. It's also a deeper frame than many, which easily takes a double mount. It arrived promptly and well packed too. Will use this supplier again.

Excellent frame

I am very pleased with my frame, excellent quality product and arrived carefully packaged in repurposed cardboard although there was a lot of plastic bubble wrap inside which can be recycled of course. Well worth spending a bit more money on this frame to get a much higher quality product than the cheaper options. Will be purchasing more frames from this company in the future. Many thanks.
